Could you sign me up or assist me? Thank you so much!

    • Hi! Any DK Yarn will do but naturally, Christmas colours are included – each week patterns will be released on a Monday, and you’ll have a week to complete them – hook size varies but only slightly – sizes 3mm – 6mm will do! This CAL will be great for Stash Busting! Thanks!

    Thank you.

  14. Would like to join the Christmas granny square Christmas crochet however it won’t allow me to join. Press the join now and nothing seems to happen

    • Hi! Is there a list of colours/yarns for the CAL? I’d love to take part as the weeks go but it’s not feasible for me to get new colours each week. Do you know what colours we’ll use and how much of each in the coming weeks?
      Thanks!

      • Hi Aisling, as these designs aren’t too big, they are a perfect size for stash busting as opposed to buying new. The patterns use no more than 50g a square at most (dependent on tension and hook size of course) and are all typical Christmas colours. To give you an idea, this week, colours used are: browns, cream/white, yellow, red & green. Next week colours are: Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Black, White. Also don’t be afraid to mix up the colours – creativity is encouraged! Thanks.

  15. I’ve enjoyed making the first of my Granny Squares but am disappointed that there is no mention of who designed each square.

    • Hi Beth, not a full list but a good guideline is 50g yarn per square (roughly) – dependent on tension and hook size. The typical Christmas colour palette. The colours used this week and next week are: Green, Red, Yellow, Brown, White, Black, Blue, Orange. But creativity is encouraged – mix up the colours and use these granny squares to stash bust. Thanks!

  16. 19th September – and I have only just learned about, and signed up for, the Christmas CAL. Have I lost the first patterns or can I catch up somehow….thanks

  17. Hello, could I please join? The link didn’t work previously and it still doesn’t seem to be working. Many thanks.

  18. Hi, I just have a question. Are we able to sell our finished items once we’ve made them or is it forbidden due to copyright?

    • Hi Samantha, the copyright for these squares sit with ourselves and the designers, which does include resale, so unfortunately that does mean they aren’t for resale use. Thanks!
