Find your Soul Path with Emma Griffin

Find your Soul Path seamlessly blends spirituality with self-help as it seeks to give the reader the tools to begin to live in a more conscious way. Author and eclectic witch Emma Griffin shows the reader how to discover their soul-purpose and move through the world in a way that starts from a place of purpose and authenticity and allows that to radiate out. Starting in the home, all areas of life are explored, with mindfulness, intuition, and empowerment leading the way. A fantastic introduction to developing a spiritual practice, Find your Soul Path is a gentle exploration of the most easily accessible aspects of witchcraft presented – alongside genuinely helpful life advice – in a way that will appeal to those interested in new age spirituality and the role it can play in modern life.

We sat down with author Emma Griffin to talk all about her new book, and here’s what she had to say:

Tell us a little about yourself?

I am Emma I am a witch based in Cornwall with my husband. I am a mother of two adults, four dogs and a cat. I have been practicing witchcraft for 27 years now. I live my life in a very magical way. I open my heart space to allow for magic to flow in, and keep my eyes and ears open to signs, and messages; knowing that truly there are no such thing as coincidences. I am that person that turns encounters into messages and signs from the universe. I turn daily tasks into mini rituals, I like to close each day by releasing the energy that I have picked up during that day, I seal my intentions in daily tasks and I am always holding crystals.

Tell us a little about your book?

Soul Path is a dream come true. It is a practical witchy wellness book that takes you through from creating a magical home, making your altar to seasonal rituals.

What was the motivation behind the book?

When I was asked to create a book I wanted to provide women with an easy guide to a magical life. Something that everyone could follow, not just witches.

What are your favourite ways to practice mindfulness?

I practice meditation, journalling and oracle card readings daily. It really helps with to connect to the spirit world, connect to my soul and feel grounded.

What motivates you throughout the challenges?

At some point in our lives, we will step into the darkness. Once we’ve surrendered to its call, connected with the wounds and learnt to deal with it, will we reemerge into the light. Everything is happening to you for a reason. To expand you and put you on your true path.

How do you find moments of peace in a busy world?

Connecting to my heart space as I step into the present moment of stillness.

Who (dead or alive) would you invite to a mindfulness retreat?

Dolores Cannon to talk about life after death and Jo Dispense to talk about the mind.

How do you imagine your perfect mindfulness retreat?

It would be in a forest with yurts. A wooden circle area around a fire outside to gather as a sisterhood. Amazing food and cacao. Sharing stories, learning, helping each other to grow and expand their soul. Ending is a huge sister circle celebrating and making commitments to self with drumming and singing.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

That you are not odd, your uniqueness is your superpower

What’s next for you?

Holding a weekend retreat one day.
