I have purchased a book that says I can get patterns or templates online. How do I find these?

To download your patterns/templates, please register on our site and click on the Templates link at the top of the page. You should be able to find your book there and download your templates.

I would like to submit a book proposal. Where should I send this?

We receive many submissions, our new publishing list is predominantly in practical art and craft and related categories. If you have a book in these categories you think we should consider please send to Ame Verso, Publishing Director. If your book is not in these categories, you might consider our Assisted Publishing business. This is designed for books that have been self-published to a high standard and would benefit from our global distribution.

I think there is an error in my book or I need help understanding the patterns/projects?

Despite a rigorous pattern checking process, we recognise there are occasional errors. In the first instance, please check our Errata page for any notes or comments where we have identified corrections to our books. If you cannot find assistance there, please contact us and we will respond accordingly.

I would like to use a quote, image or another reference to a David and Charles book in a new work or project. How do I do this?

We get many requests to reference David and Charles books. A brief reference or quote that is appropriately attributed to the original book is generally acceptable. Please contact us to confirm approval.
